Non-Woven Tech Asia 2019 in New Delhi showcases next-gen products

Being the sunrise sector of the global textile industry, nonwoven is the ‘next-gen product’. New products and innovations in production process were the key highlight at the recent Non-Woven Tech Asia 2019 held from June 06-08 at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi. A host of exhibitors from different parts of India and far-off offshore countries showcased latest products and overall developments in the industry.

The nonwoven industry is an immediate new market offering enormous business opportunity. The industry in the recent past has emerged as the most preferred investment destination in India. Responding to this growth curve, Nonwoven Tech Asia 2019 brought a common platform for nonwoven industry players, which included nonwoven fabrics manufacturers, traders, distributors, machine suppliers, nonwoven converters, raw material suppliers of nonwoven industry, top buyers of nonwoven industry, research institutes, renowned associations, government bodies—they collectively provide more innovative solutions, identify new business opportunities and create an environment congenial for growth.

“This exhibition is an excellent platform to display, promote and create awareness which will be beneficiary to us,” said Amit Jain, Director, NAAD. The Chhattisgarh-based company showcased its line of non-woven fabrics, which include UV Protection Non Woven Fabrics, Crop Protection Non Woven Fabrics, PP SpunBond Fabric and Laminated Non Woven Fabrics. Amit mentioned Malabar Jewellers one of their oldest clients.

A crowd-puller at the expo was Rajshree Fabrics, one of the regular participants in the expo. Digvijay Gupta, Director, Rajshree Fabrics, said that they are happy to be in the maiden edition of the expo in New Delhi. “This gives us a new opportunity to explore the north Indian market and expand footprints in the region,” he mentioned. The company expertises in manufacturing rice bags of all types and designs.

Vidhi Enterprise manufactures and supplies all types of packing materials like non-woven fabric bags, dimensional bags, shirt bag and shopping bags. The company showcases its range of products at the expo. Hemil Patel, CEO of Vidhi Enterprise, mentioned that the New Delhi edition of the expo provided them a new opportunity to meet with a new host of customers.

Manufacturer of Royal Bengal non-woven bags, Hariom Polypacks Ltd showcased its range of items at the expo. The range of products from the Shri Maa Group included Woven Bag, BOPP Bag, Laminated Bag and many more. “Our products are exported to offshore countries such as Greece and Netherlands. We offer high-rated products in the market just because of their matchless attributes such as water resistance, heavy load bearing capacity, flexibility and high strength,” informed Bharat Thacker, Director, Hariom Polypack Ltd.

Rainbow Fabric LLP, a distinguished brand name in manufacturing and supplying an excellent range of non-woven fabrics, printed non-woven fabrics and non-woven roofing fabrics, offered an array is highly demanded range of products in the expo. Ashish Joshi of Rainbow Fabric LLP mentioned that the attributes in their products like high strength wet, light weight, hydrophilic, hydrophobic and excellent strike through re-wet properties. He added their range of fabrics is highly demanded and acclaimed in the sectors like health hygiene & medical, agriculture, furniture, apparel and accessories, UV treated crop cover, etc.

Among the exhibitors were a host of non-woven bag making and printing machine suppliers and manufacturers. Khushi Graphics, which is known for manufacturing a range of versatile non-woven bags, showcased an array of machines. Suraj Singh of Khushi Graphics mentioned the machines that they demonstrated are highly automated and designed for latest innovations in non-woven bag manufacturing.

Yet another exhibitor, which is also manufacturer and supplier of non-woven bag making machines, was Hanuman Electronic System. The company showcased its ultrasonic machines, non-woven bag making machine, ultrasonic plastic welding machine, ultrasonic generator box, ultrasonic food cutter, flexo printing machine, induction heating machine and others. “We provide best range of machines, making sure that the products are perfect and meet the need of our clients,” said Ravita Chauhan, Sales Manager, Hanuman Electronics System.

Nonwoven Tech Asia 2019 brought together all the constituents of the non woven industry under one roof to create a neutral platform for non woven players and their consumers. The expo helped the exhibitors share information and knowledge, to understand the market dynamics.
