Yamuna Nagar (Haryana)-based Rockfit Printers has recently installed PixelGlow Lumina, a digital UV embellishment machine ‘Made in India’ by Monotech Systems Limited. Aastik Saini of Rockfit Printers says they work diligently to produce premium-quality prints and end-products that eventually resonate with what their customers want using a fleet of high-end machines.
“PixelGlow Lumina is an ideal UV print embellishment machine. Though it has been just three months or so since we installed and started running this machine, we have done tremendous UV embellishments on wide varieties of graphic prints and end products, which really impress our customers,” tells Aastik.

Some salient features of PixelGlow Lumina include its capability to handle varied media (paper) sizes up to 14″ x 20″, especially when larger and more dynamic prints are required. It can flexibly handle substrates of diverse gramamges ranging from 130 gsm up to 600 gsm. In addition, it can embellish print in ‘crystal clear’ textures and details in resolution of 600×600 dpi. It can also customize varnish layer from 5 micron to 40 micron, giving operator the freedom to control over print finishes and textures. Capable to keep up with fast-pace production, PixelGlow Lumina is designed to operate at the speed of 60 sph (sheets per hour).
