First installation of Canon imagePRESS V1000 in Gujarat has taken place at Ahmedabad’s Sonal Xerox, a one-stop digital printshop in the city. As its name suggests, Sonal Xerox had been a reprographic shop engaging in the so-called ‘Xerox’photocopying and printing jobs since its inception in the year 1985. “Over the years we never retreat in upgrading our machine portfolio and expanding our branches,” says Mukesh Surani, Director of Sonal Xerox. He adds that they have a total of 10 branches located in different parts of Ahmedabad city.
“We are proud to be the first owner of Canon imagePRESS V1000 in Gujarat. With this highly efficient and capable digital production press, we are propelling our production volume, applications, and quality in prints,” asserts Mukesh. Current activities of Sonal Xerox primarily involve in variable data printing, packaging graphics, photos, etc, for customers from the key sectors like pharmaceutical, banking, and retail.
According to Mukesh, overall advancement, versatility, and productivity of the Canon imagePRESS V1000 have made them capable to offer their customers best quality prints in different sizes and textures. He adds that they are now capable to produce even posters using this new Canon digital workhorse, which is capable to gallop at the speed of 100 A4ppm (pages per minute), supporting media weighing from 52gsm to 400gsm for producing graphics in resolution of 2400x2400dpi.
