Sajeev Gupta and Puneet Soorma with TY-200PB at Archana Press, New Delhi. As per Sajeev Gupta, director, Archana Press, New Delhi, who are using this system for few months, “Before installing TY200PB, we had to process a plate two times, first for punching and then for bending which generally would cause human errors. But the Rado system has enabled us to execute punch and bending process with accuracy only through one machine. In processing around 150 plates per day, we ably save around two hours which has made our working much smooth and efficient.”

Besides, The Hindu (Coimbatore, Bangalore, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Visakhapatnam and Calicut), MNS Printers Pvt Ltd (Chennai, Bangalore), and Dinamalar Press (Madurai) have installed TY-800 PB optical register punch bending machines. “Expanding our installation base to western India we recently sold two TY-800PB machines to Repro India Ltd for their facilities in Surat and Mumbai. These machines were installed through Rado’s distributor NBG Printographic Machinery Co Pvt Ltd. Madhawee Printers from Sri Lanka has already been a user of our TY200 machine,” concluded Puneet.
