MEGA calibre completes 18 years of effective operations

One of the leading mailing services providers in India, New Delhi-based MEGA Calibre Enterprises Pvt Ltd recently commemorated their 18th anniversary. Since its inception, the focus has been on achieving high printing and mailing volumes with speed and accuracy. For this purpose Mega has been regularly investing in new technologies, and capable human resources.

On the occasion the company highlighted a few milestones that have made the years count for them, including: more than one billion mail pieces, over 500 million transactional documents printed with variable data, more than 70 million inland letters fabricated, over one million postal articles dispatched in a single day, more than 50 million documents handled in mailroom management projects, and over one lac speed post articles dispatched in a single day. Over the years MEGA also marked several firsts that have made them the pioneers in terms of technology and ideas: becoming first in India to install a high speed direct addressing system; first service providers in India to install an automatic inserting machine for mailing; first in the country to install and use PrintNett from GMC Software, Switzerland; and first in India to install fully automated high speed inland letter making machine.

With Sanjay and Sanjeev, as their driving force, MEGA has been in the fore front in adopting of inland letters to commercial mail. Their efforts in this area have revolutionized customer communication in many industries. The company was among major users of software based mailroom management salutations providing document tracking, query solving and expense control for their clients. MEGA was also the driving force behind the use of sophisticated variable data printing software to create transpromotional documents and individualized mailers.
