Konica Minolta marks its presence at Digi Image Expo 2015 & Photo Fest India

Konica Minolta recently displayed at Digi Image Expo held at Neelakanta Convention Centre, Bengaluru. Hosted by the Karnataka Photographers’ Association, the region’s leading photo video association, Digi image now attracts visitors from all over India, with thousands of photography and imaging specialists, introducing them to cutting-edge technology, industry experts and an extensive programme of workshop.

Konica Minolta displayed some of its unique products like bizhub press C1060 / C70HC & MGI samples but the limelight was of course on C70HC with Print Xpress, capable to reproduce the colours very close to the RGB colour gamut which makes it very near to traditional photo lab quality. Konica Minolta has installed more than 250 of C70HC in the country.

Konica Minolta had more than 500 visitors and approximately 150 demos of their products. While, Photo Fest India (July 29-31, 2015), organised by the All Kerala P h o t o g r a p h e r s Association, was the first event in Kerala, Konica Minolta participated directly of its own after their acquisition of the KM business from their biggest distributor. Kerala is a very important market for Konica Minolta and the customers in Kerala have very well accepted the technology. They have always appreciated the machines from Konica Minolta for their business for creating Photo Albums.

For Konica Minolta this also provided an opportunity to demonstrate the flexibility and versatility in its products. Konica Minolta displayed their most successful models Bizhub PRESS C1100 and Bizhub PRESS C1060. Bizhub PRESS C1100 is a workhorse and can print on wide variety of Media with consistent productivity at all GSM’s and also does auto duplex for media up to 350GSM.

Bizhub PRESS C1060 shows the flexibility a digital printing machine can have. The machine can print on wide variety of media and also gives the flexibility to print on media up to 13x47” for book covers and if the customer wants full page in the album like traditional the RGB album which can also be prepared.
