East India Print & Pack 2025 and Eastern Signage 2025 come back with a bang

Organised by DBS International in association with Q3Q Exhibitions, East India Print & Pack 2025 and Eastern Signage 2025 were successfully held from November 28–30 at Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan, opposite Science City, in Kolkata. The three days of exhibits of complete printing and packaging solutions marked the expo’s return as one platform with two verticals format launched in 2022.

More than 14,000 serious and focused trade visitors thronged to East India Print & Pack 2025 and Eastern Signage 2025 where a host of 150 plus exhibitors exhibited a myriad of modern printing, packaging, and signage-making machines, materials, and solutions.

In addition to the joyful crowds from the City of Joy, which Kolkata is literally known because of French author Dominique Lapierre’s 1985 novel of the same name, the expo pulled waves of trade visitors from all over West Bengal and various other regions of East India, North-East India, Bihar, etc.

East India Print & Pack 2025…

One of the key showstoppers at East India Print & Pack 2025,Minosha launched the new RICOH Pro C5400S digital colour production press. Prasanna Rajagopalan, National Business Manager – Production Printing, Minosha Print Solutions Pvt Ltd, said, “This new RICOH engine is suitable for reprographic shops in the tier-II, III, and IV markets whose requirement is of low- to mid-volume production of 1,000 to 1,500 sheets per day. Yet another showstopper, FUJIFILM India unleashed the potential of Apeos and Revoria presses, in which Priyatosh Kumar, Head of Division, Graphic Communication Division, FUJIFILM India Private Limited, said it represents a portfolio of high-end office document printing to mid to full-production printing.

Konica Minolta demonstrated its ongoing commitment to enabling Indian printers to improve their productivity and expand their product offering for the future. Ashok Sethi, Chief Sales Officer, Konica Minolta Business Solutions India Pvt Ltd, said the showcasing portfolio focuses on high productivity, predictable colour performance, and intelligent automation. The showcase included AccurioPress C14010S as well as AccurioPress C7100 as key systems.Hariram Engineering revealed a new innovation of reverse double-pass printing. Parven D Patil from Hariram Engineering said the machine is made for reel-to-reel operation.

In a compact manner, Redington presented the competency of HP Indigo 6K Digital Press with the presentation of a gallery full of flexible packaging, shrink labels, lami tubes, etc. Manju Ramarao, Marketing Manager, Redington Limited, said the expo pulled the perfect crowds for what they displayed. TechNova Imaging demonstrated an eco-system of printing, embellishment, and finishing. Sameer U Shah, Deputy Manager, Regional Sales, Digital & Offset Print Solutions, TechNova Imaging Systems (P) Limited, said the ‘eco-system’ is designed to meet end-to-end cycle of print production.

Among the flagship products which Autoprint presented at its well-crafted stall included DIGIMECH print finishing solution, which pulled good crowds. Subir Pathak from Autoprint said the print finishing solution accompanied by print inspection system and small offset press received good response and finalised some onsite bookings. Arihant Printers, a leading commercial printer in Kolkata, presented a gallery full of stunning print samples produced on KOMORI presses. Sunny Jain, Director, Arihant Printers, said the expo has set them meet the right crowds for what they showcased.

Perfect Packwell Industries, with its sister concern Vikas Enterprises, demonstrated lines of PVC lamination films. “We are manufacturer of packaging films and lamination adhesives with our mission and vision to make ultimate outlooks of every packaging need,” said Vikas Aggarwal, Director, Perfect Packwell Industries (Vikas Enterprises). Benson Polymers, offering world-class adhesives and sealants, pulled the crowds of trade visitors from all parameters of the printing and packaging industries.

Cosign India…

When it comes down to Eastern Signage 2025, among those crowd-pulling exhibitors was none other than Cosign India which attracted visitors from all over the region and beyond. Key showcases from the company included its innovative Art Frames, among others. Tejasa Purandare, Executive Director of Cosign India Pvt Ltd, said the expo provides a good connecting experience. Sun Sign & Technologies gathered its existing clients, partners, and new prospects from East India at the expo. Deepak Gupta, Director, Sun Sign & Technologies, indicated their key products on display as Star Vinyl, PVC-free range, and architectural films.

A regular participant, Colors Digital India (CDI) exhibited some of its ground breaking machines including the 10-ft UV hybrid flatbed, powered by RICOH Gen5 printhead. Tejinder Singh, Director of Colors Digital India (CDI) informed that RICOH Gen5 is changing the game of signage printing in India. Also, what it pulled a huge crowd to the company’s stall was the presentation of most genuine spares and accessories.

ColorJet India demonstrated a line of its flagship machines including the ever demanding SONIQi, a roll-to-roll system compatible with huge range of substrates for both indoor and outdoor applications. “In addition to various milestones, we have announced two new Kolkata-based partnerships during the expo with our idea of penetrating deeper in the market of East India,” informed DebangKaria, GM–Domestic & International Business, Color India Limited.

Mehta Hitech Industries, with its regional partner Jayita Cad Cam Systems, enthralled crowds with its flagship products including Gloria HX-1530 fibre laser cutting machine, ERICA UV flatbed printer, among others. Diwakar Mishra, National Sales Manager, Mehta Hitech Industries Ltd, said the expo pulled a mixed crowd relevant to what they showcased. CoreSigns, which manufactures POSM and many other modular sign systems and solutions for the digital world, introduced a new line of products including the flagship folding light box available under its Tex-Box. Karan Arora, Founder and CEO, CoreSigns LLP stated that the crowds at the expo show extra interest in their products.

True Colors at its mammoth stall demonstrated the ELITE Series printer, which is designed for printing on unconventional materials or objects like doors. Charanjeet Shah, True Colors Solutions & Technologies India Private Limited, said they received good amount of enquiries on the products and technologies they exhibited.

Aerolam as debutant at the expo enthralled crowds with innovative applications like retail store racks and POSM solutions made of Bubbleguard products. Rajesh Kumar, General Manager – Operation, Aerolam, said the samples are made by Aerolam’s partners like Kolkata-based Shree Krishna Plastics in East India.

Canon India, presenting a portfolio of both commercial and signage printing, showcased a new marvel of Canon imagePROGRAF TX-5220—fundamentally a digital large-format printer but now capable to produce short-run newspapers or prototype copies or samples. Arihant Uniglobe demonstrated its cutting-edge LED modules and strips, power supplies, etc. About the show, Ashish Jain from Arihant Uniglobe Pvt Ltd, said it always turns up as a good regional event.

A mixed presentation for a mixed expo, Monotech Systems Limited demonstrated a complete printing solutions starting from MIMAKI UJV 100-160 Plus, RICOH Pro C7500, Mini UV PixelJet, PixelGlow Lumina, etc. Manoj Garg, General Manager – Wide Format Graphics, Monotech Systems Limited, informed that they have finalised some bookings of the machines during the expo. Kolkata-based Aptech Digital, an authorized channel partner of Lisco Systems, demonstrated all the popular Gongzheng line of printers. Yatinsinh Vaghela, Director of LiscoSystems Private Limited, said the expo is the right regional platform to team up with partners and clients.

In collaboration with its regional partner Ekital, Caldron Graphics demonstrated its CJI printer of 10-ft in size. EPSON India showcased its range of SureColor SC F130, F530, T5430M, 57130, among others. Sourov Kumar Aown, Corporate Sales, EPSON India Pvt Ltd, mentioned that a large number of trade visitors with diverse business backgrounds thronged to the showcase. Kartar Corporation’s presentation of UV printed graphics for varied applications and finished products pulled attentions of all trade visitors around. Simranjit Singh of Kartar Corporation said they redefine what all UV printing can pull off. Other crowd-pulling exhibitors at expo were Pidilite, Sibco, CSV (Canadian Specialty Vinyls), etc. Three days of the expo imposingly highlighted the evolving technologies, innovations, and solutions driving both the printing and packaging


Over 95% space booked at All In Print China

On November 19 2025, All in Print China promotion event was successfully held in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China. Guangdong stands as a core hub of China’s printing sector, with an impressive industrial profile. There are 16,756 printing enterprises across the province, contributing to an industrial output value that has soared beyond RMB 300 billion. Additionally, its foreign processing trade volume has reached a staggering USD 5.442 billion.

All in Print China 2026: forging new industry milestones

The 10th All in Print China, set to take place from October 12 – 16, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, is generating a buzz with its array of exciting features.

The booking rate of All in Print China 2026 has surpassed 95%, and the average exhibition area of exhibitors has increased by more than 37% compared to the last edition. Global industry leaders like Epson, Canon, TOSHIBA, Kodak, along with Chinese powerhouses such as Founder, Masterwork, and Cron, will showcase their core achievements in specific sectors. More key players and unicorn enterprises from the industry are currently applying to participate in the exhibition, and official announcements will be made on an ongoing basis subsequently.

Sneak peek: highlights of All in Print China 2026

Record-breaking scale: To meet the surging demand for industry exhibitions, All in Print China 2026 will expand from the originally planned 9 halls to 10, with the newly added E3 Hall, covering an exhibition area exceeding 120,000 square meters. Hall E3, dedicated to Innovative Digital and Intelligent Technologies, will focus on the integrated innovation of cutting – edge technologies such as AI, IoT, 5G, and digital twins, showcasing a series of ground breaking applications.

Where global commerce gathers: Strategic partnerships have been secured to host prestigious international events, such as the Asia Print Awards, which was established in 2006 and aims to honor printing enterprises with outstanding achievements in Asia’s printing production sector; and the Print Olympiad, launched in 2014, which stands as a shining beacon of inspiration and innovation in India’s printing and packaging industry. Additionally, to align with specific business objectives, dedicated country-focused initiatives such as “India Day” and “Indonesia Day” are being curated.
